“Music soothes the soul”, says the French adage. This year has been difficult to handle for all of us, so we had to try and make it lighter. We tried to find a cure to 2020’s spleen by offering you a 10-track playlist. 10 tracks that allow the piano and electronic music to meet. A 100% instrumental playlist that will accompany you as this week starts.

This playlist also includes young artists who have made the piano the centerpiece of their last albums, such as LAAKE and Thylacine. We have also included Arandel and his tribute to Bach, and the Max Cooper – Bruce Brubacker duo and their tribute to Philip Glass. Between these tracks, you will find TOKiMONSTA’s genie, an artist who had to learn again how to make music, as an illness took that away from her. The playlist ends on one of Muse’s hidden gems: on their album Resistance, they put away their guitars and drums in order to compose a symphony in three acts.

Tracklist :

  1. Iris – Yovoh
  2. Schubert – Thylacine
  3. Lights – LAAKE
  4. Camera’s Rolling (Instrumental) – Agnes Obel
  5. For My Eternal, Oh Dream My Treasure – TOKiMONSTA
  6. Metamorphosis – Bruce Brubacker, Max Cooper
  7. Sonatina – Arandel, Vanessa Wagner, Wilhem Latchoumia
  8. PAN – Martin Kohlstedt
  9. Outro – Vimala
  10. Exogenesis: Symphony pt.3 [Redemption] – Muse
