Originally the French agency Allo Floride is known for its booking and live production services. However, they decided to better showcase the range of their skills a few years ago by opening their Artist Services branch – a branch that represents powerful French figures such as Silly Boy Blue, Mome or Bon Entendeur. If this was not enough to prove that they have the ability to talent scout, they further established it a few days ago by opening Nuances Records.
As they state in their launch release, Nuances is a label dedicated to the entire spectrum of house music, a genre that today gathers people from very different worlds. This new label, or rather “sub-label”, will release singles, in digital version only, and will prioritize artists from the French scene for upcoming releases. This is enough to make our house playlists grow and to make us discover what the French territory hides in terms of electronic music producers !
The artists that will inaugurate the launch of this new label are Mokoa and Tony Romera. We will all be able to listen to their single on November 20th. Stay tuned !
Nuances was born during 2020 lockdown, on Allo Floride team’s initiative.Due to the current situation bringing our activity to a standstill, we want to keep going by rallying around our ressources to develop and help electronic artists exist.We chose to focus on house music, which unites us all over at Allo Floride. And although we’re still not allowed to dance in venues, where house music is meant to be, it has to live on more than ever, in its tremendous diversity and nuances : Afro House, Deep House, Bass House, French Touch, Disco House, Funk House, Lo-Fi House… we see no boundaries.Nuances is a digital label, working track by track, with a straight-to-the-point and clear identity. Focused mainly on the French scene, we also want to leave space to experimentation and collaboration.Allo Floride’s Parisian recording studios are the epicenter of the Nuances project, to shape up the future and imagine new ways to create and co-create.
